In 2015, LCCP entered into a Public/Private sector agreement with the City of Las Cruces to purchase land, and design and construct the long awaited Downtown Civic Plaza with community input from the 2014 Design Charrette.
The Plaza construction was finished in 2016.
The Plaza is a tremendous catalyst to Downtown Revitalization and will serve as a gathering and celebration space for residents and visitors.
